At Claire House our care for family members continues as long as it is required.

The team provides practical help and information i.e. helping to arrange funeral services and to make the appointment with the registrar, as well as advice for families and will liaise with other agencies if the family wishes. Practical help and emotional support is offered for as long as is needed. Individual and group support is also available.
 

Each year all bereaved families are invited to attend Memory Day at Claire House, this provides the opportunity for families to come together with other bereaved families and hospice staff to remember and celebrate their child
